Building work gets stressful when nobody tells you what is going on. Our process is set up so that does not happen.
You get one point of contact from the first visit, a programme you can actually read, and an update every week whether there is news or not.
We meet you on site, listen to what you want and talk plainly about budget and timescales. If we are not the right fit for the job, we will tell you.
Surveys, structural checks, and a proper look at access, services and party walls. This is where we find the surprises, so they do not find you halfway through.
The site is set up safely: hoarding, welfare, protection for anything that is staying. Then strip out and demolition, with the waste removed and recorded.
The main build, run by a dedicated site manager to the agreed programme. Any change is priced and agreed with you before it happens, not after.
Checks at every key stage, building control visits arranged and attended, and our own snagging before you see a thing.
We walk you through the finished work, hand over the paperwork and stay in touch. If something needs attention after you move back in, we come back and sort it.
